HSE Managment System

The Vision Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) defines the company’s commitment to HSE issues, and is summarised in the HSE Policy, describing the organisation, structure and methods adopted.

The HSE Management System combines the three themes of health, safety and the environment and is integrated into the company’s management system.

The system’s internal integration relates to the homogeneous involvement of the three management systems for health, safety and environment. In a single complex and harmonised system, it complies with the  principles of the company’s quality system.

The HSEMS is represented in a specific manual which contains a description of Vision’s HSE process. The mission of the HSE process is explained in the policy and its aims are reached through implementation of the HSE Management System.

To ensure continuous monitoring, distribution of information and training with regards to health, safety and environmental issues.

To provide service, support and personnel to the project and to ensure its management is in-line with company guidelines, standards and the requirements of individual clients and regulatory authorities.

HSE represents an integral part of the core business of the company. For this reason the elements designed to manage them are essential during the development of activities controlled by Vision, with consideration  also given to the pressure and the increasingly stringent requirements imposed by national and international legislation, as well as by clients, the public and government authorities.

The Vision HSE Management System is structured in three levels:
